The star clusters of the Pleiades and Hyades. It is a montage of two images taken with a canon 300D set at ISO1600, F5.6, 120 second exposure. The camera was piggybacked on a LX200 and processed in photoshop.

Altair. This is from stacking 6 frames at ISO 1600 for 30 seconds, Equip = Meade 12”LX200 + canon EOS 300d + registax2d+ photoshop.

Note how bright Altair is compared with the background stars.

Orion. If you look very closely you can see the glow from the horsehead nebula, This was a 5 minute picture with a 50mm lens piggybacked on an LX200. The skyglow to the bottom of the picture is from Limerick.

The picture of the double cluster in Perseus was taken using ISO100 film with a 500mm camera piggybacked on an LX200 for 5 minutes

Perseus and Cyngus, taken with IS100 film using a 50mm lens piggybacked on an LX200 for over 10 minutes. The California nebula and M34 are clearly visible.
